Let me share with you a little about myself. Coaching is my passion. My training, experience and insights as a teacher, a therapist, and a counselor have prepared me in a unique way to coach individuals and groups. I am certified as a personal and executive coach and am an Associate member of the International Coach Federation. My background includes Master Degrees in Communication Disorders and in Counseling Psychology. I am also a Reiki Master Teacher, an Energy Medicine Pracitioner, and a certified Six Sensory Practitioner. I have conducted workshops across the country and have written for local, regional, and international publications.
I live on the central coast of California with my best friend and husband, Jim. Our three adult children are living on their own, but close enough to still be a part of our lives. When our family was young, we lived in the Midwest, then moved to California nine years ago. A major focus in my life has been my studies in metaphysics, intuition, meditation, and spirituality.
While living in the Midwest, I owned and operated a spiritual development center named, "On Angels Wings" where I offered Reiki classes and sessions, spiritual development groups and personal coaching. My philosophy is one of honoring each person's beliefs while empowering their Spirit. Since moving to California in 1999, I have continued to expand my offering to the world through more diverse classes and a greater focus on coaching. My personal and professional experiences along with my strong educational background create a firm foundation for my coaching expertise.
